The quartz infrared emitter runs on 230 V (with 115 V variants where specified), delivering a focused 2.5–3.5 kW per lamp in standard lengths that drop into the heating tunnel geometry. The R7s connector and end-seal spacing match the original footprint, so you can swap lamps without reworking the reflector tray or re-routing wiring. The spectral output is tuned to the PET preform heating curve—rapid surface energy absorption so you get faster, more repeatable heating without overdriving the core.

Installation is straightforward on compatible blow molders, but verify your machine’s exact lamp length, wattage, and voltage before ordering. Reflectors need to be clean and aligned; a dirty reflector cuts delivered energy and can make the whole setup look like it’s underperforming. Performance also depends on stable supply voltage—big line fluctuations shorten lamp life. If your plant runs mixed preform sizes and colors, confirm the heating profile still hits targets at the slowest line speed, because infrared absorption changes with preform surface and thickness.
