We match the resistance and filament geometry so your temperature ramp-up feels exactly like the original factory setup.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The glass and the &amp;ldquo;invisible&amp;rdquo; stuff&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We use high-purity quartz because these lamps go through a lot of thermal shock. They heat up and cool down fast, and cheap glass just can&amp;rsquo;t handle that.&#xA;Then there&amp;rsquo;s the coating. Depending on your Matrix setup, we tweak the infrared emission. Shortwave IR digs deep into the PET, while medium-wave hits the surface. If you use the wrong one, you&amp;rsquo;ll spend your whole afternoon tweaking oven settings, only to realize the core of the preform is still cold.&#xA;Plus, we use standard R7s or Sk15 connectors. You just pop them in. No rewiring, no fuss.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;One quick tip on airflow&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;These high-density lamps put out a ton of heat, which means your oven&amp;rsquo;s ventilation has to work hard.&#xA;If your cooling blowers are clogged with dust or starting to fail, the lamps will actually bake the surrounding reflectors. That kills the quartz envelope a lot faster than it should. Keep your airflow clean, and your tubes will last much longer. Simple as that.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
